An order is considered officially valid only upon receipt of the system confirmation email; items in the shopping cart for which payment has not been completed are not reserved in inventory.

Payment Successful but Order Disappeared
Please save a screenshot of the charge and the transaction reference number, then submit this proof via online customer service. Staff will verify the details and either restore the order or process a refund within 1–3 business days.
Temporary Pre-authorization Hold
When placing an order, the bank may place a temporary hold on a small amount to verify the card's validity. This hold is automatically released after the order ships and does not constitute an actual purchase charge.
